- Transaction Data: For premium features and advertisements, we collect payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment gateway.
- Analytics Data: We collect data on your profile's performance, such as page views and lead generation statistics.
2.2. Information from Users

- Search and Preference Data: We collect information about the vendors and services you search for, your location, and any vendors you save as favorites.
- Communication Data: We collect information from your chats with vendors through our in-built chat feature.
- Akhosh Assist Data: If you use the Akhosh Assist service, we collect detailed information about your event requirements, budget, and preferences to connect you with suitable vendors.
2.3. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with our Platform, such as access times, app features viewed, and app crashes.

- To Provide and Manage Services: To operate the Platform, create and manage accounts, and allow users and vendors to connect.
- For Akhosh Assist: To facilitate our AI-powered, human-backed lead generation for vendors and event planning assistance for users. This includes contacting vendors on behalf of users to check availability and pricing.
- To Facilitate Communication: To enable direct messaging between users and vendors.
- For Marketing and Advertising: To allow vendors to place advertisements and to inform users about offers and services they might be interested in.
- For Analytics and Improvement: To understand how our Platform is used, to improve our services, and to develop new features.
- For Security and Legal Compliance: To protect the security of our Platform and users, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

- Between Users and Vendors: We share information to facilitate connections. For example, a vendor's profile is public to users, and when a user contacts a vendor, their name may be shared.

- For Akhosh Assist: When a vendor agrees to a lead through Akhosh Assist, we may share their business details with the user, and vice-versa, to finalize the booking.

5. Payment Processing (PhonePe Gateway)
We use a third-party payment processor, PhonePe, to handle transactions for premium features and advertising on the Akhosh Business App. When you make a payment, you provide your payment information directly to PhonePe.
- We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers or other sensitive payment information on our servers.
- Your payment information is handled in accordance with PhonePe's terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies to understand their data protection practices.
- We may receive transaction details from PhonePe, such as the payment status and transaction ID, to confirm your purchase and manage your account.
