A. Information You Provide to Us

• Event Details for Akhosh Assist: If you use our AI-powered "Akhosh Assist" service, we will ask for specific details about your event, which may include the event type (e.g., wedding, corporate, birthday), date, location, budget, number of guests, and other specific requirements needed to find the perfect vendors for you.
• Communications: We collect information when you communicate with us, such as for customer support, or when you communicate with event vendors through our in-app chat feature. This includes the content of your messages.
• Saved Preferences: We collect information about the vendors you save to your "favourites" list and any filters you apply to help tailor your experience.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

• Location Information: To help you find vendors in your area, we collect your location information. This may be precise location data (GPS) if you grant us permission, or approximate location inferred from your IP address. You can disable location services through your device settings, but this will limit the App's core functionality.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interaction with the App, such as the features you use, the searches you perform, the vendor profiles you view, and the time and date of your activities.
• Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access our App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Log Information: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the App, which may include your IP address, app features accessed, and app crashes.

• To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To create your account, enable you to search for vendors, and use features like in-app chat and favourites.
• To Facilitate the Akhosh Assist Service: To understand your event requirements and connect you with suitable and available event vendors.
• To Personalize Your Experience: To show you relevant vendors and content based on your location, past searches, and saved preferences.
• To Facilitate Communication: To connect you with vendors via our in-app chat and to send you important service-related notifications.
• For Analytics and Improvement: To understand how our users interact with the App so we can improve its functionality, performance, and overall user experience.
• For Security and Safety: To monitor for fraudulent or unauthorized activity and to protect the security of our users and our platform.
• For Customer Support: To respond to your requests, questions, and feedback.

• With Event Vendors: When you initiate contact with a vendor through the App (e.g., via chat) or use our Akhosh Assist service, we will share necessary information with the relevant vendor(s) to facilitate the connection. This may include your name and event details (type, date, location). We will not share your direct contact details like your phone number or email unless you explicitly provide it to them in a chat.
• With Third-Party Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase), and customer support services. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
• For Legal Reasons and to Protect Akhosh: We may disclose your information if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We may also do so to enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, property, or safety of Akhosh, our users, or the public.
