When you register, create an event, or utilize concierge services, we collect account identifiers, user names, registered mobile numbers, email addresses, event dates, celebration preferences, and saved vendor bookmarks. For payment processing, transactions are handled securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as PhonePe), and we do not store sensitive payment credentials like card PINs, CVV, or net banking passwords.
We use collected data to provision your account, deliver personalized vendor recommendations, facilitate direct in-app messaging, process assist plan subscriptions, send event reminder notifications, detect and prevent fraudulent activities, and comply with statutory obligations.
We share necessary transaction data with RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including PhonePe and banking partners) strictly to process subscription payments and issue receipts. We may also share contact data with vendors you deliberately connect with or inquire about. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
