Your access to and use of the Akhosh celebration planning platform, verified vendor directories, digital concierge assist plans, and tools are governed by the following Terms of Use. By accessing or using akhosh.com or the Akhosh mobile app, you enter into a legally binding electronic agreement with Akomea Technologies Private Limited.
Akhosh is a cloud-based digital platform operated by Akomea Technologies Private Limited. We provide event planning software, verified vendor directories, customer engagement tools, digital catalogs, and concierge services. To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration, and you shall be solely responsible for all activities and data transmitted under your registered account.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, continuous uptime, or suitability of the software tools and vendor listings offered through the Services for any specific commercial or personal purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any technical interruptions, bugs, or inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of our digital Services and interaction with listed service providers is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are required to independently assess, evaluate, and verify that the vendors, quotations, and service plans meet your specific celebration requirements before confirming agreements.
All software, code, algorithms, visual design, user interfaces, branding, graphics, and documentation comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Akomea Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform in accordance with our terms. You shall not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our platform code or intellectual property.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, bypass security safeguards, perform unauthorized automated scraping, upload malicious code, or use our digital infrastructure for any unlawful or unauthorized activities as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.
All payments and assist plan subscription charges are processed through secure authorized payment gateways and aggregators (such as PhonePe and authorized banking partners). By initiating a transaction, you authorize us and our payment gateway partners to collect the designated charges and applicable statutory taxes.
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful celebration planning and communication purposes. You shall not post, publish, or transmit any prohibited, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing material through in-app chat, reviews, or inquiries.
The Platform integrates with third-party payment gateways (including PhonePe), cloud service providers, and communication channels (such as WhatsApp). Your interactions with and transactions through these external services are subject to their respective terms of use, privacy policies, and security standards.
Upon creating an account, booking assist plans, or utilizing our services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable electronic contract with Akomea Technologies Private Limited governing the delivery and usage of the digital services.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Akomea Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, misuse of digital services, or violation of third-party rights.
Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of cloud services resulting from acts of God, telecommunication failures, cyber disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms of Use and all transactions conducted through the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kottayam and Kerala, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Official legal notices must be sent to the contact address and email provided on this screen.
